Please check your roaming settings when travelling abroad to have a great roaming experience.
Android Roaming Settings
When arriving abroad, click on the Kla icon on your Android mobile phone
• Select ‘Roaming Services’
• Select ‘Select Mode’
• Select ‘Manual’
• Select ‘Roaming 1’ or ‘Roaming 2’
Change your APN settings in order to access Kla data connection when roaming.
• Select ‘Settings’
• Select ‘More Networks setting’
• Select ‘Mobile Networks’
• Select ‘Access Point Names’
• Select ‘New APN’ or ‘+’
• Fill in ‘Roaming’ at the name field
• Fill in ‘internet.setar.aw’ in the APN field
• Select ‘Save’
IOS Roaming Settings
When arriving abroad, click on the Kla icon on your iOS mobile phone
• Select ‘Phone’
• Select ‘SIM Applications’
• Select ‘Roaming Services’
• Select ‘Select Mode’
• Select ‘Manual’
• Select ‘Roaming 1’ or ‘Roaming 2’
Change your APN settings in order to access Kla data connection when roaming.
• Select ‘Settings’
• Select ‘Cellular’
• Select ‘Cellular Data Network’
• Fill in ‘internet.setar.aw’ at the APN field
Windows Roaming Settings
When arriving abroad, click on the Setting icon on your Windows mobile phone
• Select ‘Cellular + SIM’
• Select ‘SIM settings’
• Select ‘SIM applications’
• Select ‘Roaming Services’
• Select ‘Select Mode’
• Select ‘Manual’
• Select ‘Roaming 1’ or ‘Roaming 2’
Change your APN settings in order to access Kla data connection when roaming.
• Select ‘Settings’
• Select ‘Cellular + SIM’
• Select ‘SIM settings’
• Select ‘Edit Internet APN’
• Fill in ‘internet.setar.aw’ at the APN field
• Select ‘Save’
