MiTV Max Privacy Policy
By installing or using the MiTV Max app, you agree to the terms of this MiTV Max Privacy Policy, as outlined below (this “Policy”). If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not install or use the MiTV Max app. This Policy describes the kinds of information that may be collected through the MiTV Max app and what Telefonia Bonairiano N.V. (“Telbo”) might do with that information.
Information Collected
In order to use the MiTV Max app, you must be a subscriber to a television service being delivered by Telbo. The MiTV Max app collects the following types of information:
- In order to activate the MiTV Max app, you must provide your username and password that identifies you to your TV Service. No additional personal information is required.
- When you use the MiTV Max app, it will be able to identify which services you are entitled to and how you are using the service provided through the app, including what programming you are watching, what programs have been scheduled or have been recorded through a DVR (Digital Video Recorder) service, search usage, and program bookmarks (where you started or stopped watching a particular program). The MiTV Max app also captures information about the type of device on which the app is installed.
- The application uses the device IP address to determine if a specific piece of content may be played on that device from the IP address. The IP address is not stored. Geolocation blocking is applicable.
- The application collects free text data to perform searches, add text labels to profiles and user created lists. This information is stored on servers and retrieved by the application for each user session.
- How the Information is Used
None of the information collected through the MiTV Max app is provided to Telbo or otherwise tracked or maintained by Telbo.
All of the information collected through the MiTV Max app is provided to Telbo which is providing the television service you are accessing through the MiTV Max app. Telbo uses the information at least to confirm that you are a current subscriber to their service and may use it for other purposes.

Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information collected through the MiTV Max app. You should contact Telbo to understand what security procedures is employed with regard to the information provided to them through the MiTV Max app.
Do Not Track
Telbo does not store any information collected through the MiTV Max app. Therefore, any “do not track” election that you may make is inapplicable to Telbo
As described above, the MiTV Max app allows your Telbo to collect information about you and your use of the MiTV Max app, including what programming you are watching, what programs have been scheduled, etc.
Notice of Changes
Telbo may amend this Policy from time to time by posting the updated terms on this page. In addition, if we make any material changes in this Policy, we will include a notice to that effect in the MiTV Max app. Your continued use of the MiTV Max app after the effective date of any change in this Policy constitutes your agreement to such changes.
