Mobile business solutions
This service is offered to highly mobile personnel who need to stay in touch with management and each other. The minimum amount is 3 members. We offer the following Closed User Group services:
- Closed User Group Basic
- Closed User Group Prepaid Service
- Closed User Group Unlimited Service
- Closed User Group Data Add-on
Benefits of Closed User Group Calling
- Ability to make unlimited calls and send unlimited text messages within the group
- Ability to include up to three company landline numbers in the group
- Control your telephone costs
Closed User Group Basic
Mobile users in this group can make unlimited calls to each other and send unlimited text messages within the group for a fixed monthly fee. Also three company landlines numbers are included for members to make free unlimited calls to. While there are no restrictions on incoming calls, they are not able to make calls or send text messages outside the group. There are no limitations on the amount of members within each group.
The monthly rate of Closed User Group Basic is $ 12,50 per member based on a one-year contract.
Closed User Group Prepaid Service
Closed User Group members with this option enabled can also make calls outside the group by using our prepaid platform. As any Kla prepaid user, they can top-up their mobile account.
There are no additional charges to enable this option.
Closed User Group Data Add-on
Closed User Group members with this option enabled receive 3 GB data on the first day of each month. After reaching the 3 GB limit, speed will be reduced to 128 Kb/s. Unlike Unlimited plans, buying data bundles to restore high speed is no option.
The monthly rate for the Closed User Group Data Add-on is $20 per member and comes in addition of the Closed User Group Basic service.
Closed User Group Unlimited Service
In case a company wants to award a certain employee with an unlimited postpaid account that needs to be part of their closed user group, the Closed User Group Unlimited Service is the perfect solution. Signing up for this services means the postpaid (Smart Unlimited or SIM Only Unlimited) user becomes part of the closed user group and the user is also able to make free unlimited calls to the appointed landlines within the closed user group.
The monthly rate for the Closed User Group Unlimited Service is $ 6,25 per member, (excluding the cost of a postpaid account).
