How can I block a channel?

Press the Menu button on your remote control
Press the left or down arrow buttons on your remote control to highlight the Settings option
Press the OK button on your remote control
A box will display on your screen in order to enter your password (the password is the last 4 number of your telephone number or data line, if you haven’t changed it)
After entering your password , press the Down arrow button on your remote control to highlight the OK option
Press the OK button on your remote control
Press the left, right, down or up arrow buttons on your remote control to highlight the Edit option
Press the OK button on your remote control
Press the up or down arrow buttons on your remote control to highlight the channel(s) that you want to lock, Press the OK button on your remote control to select the channel(s) that you want to lock.
After selecting the channel(s) you want to lock press the left, right, down or up arrow buttons on your remote control to highlight the Update option

Make sure that the Channel Blocking and Parental Control are selected
Press the left, right, down or up arrow buttons on your remote control to highlight the Submit option

Your channel(s) is locked

What is the procedure that I must follow if I want to pay my bills by standing order?

Step 1: You must contact your corresponding bank to fill in a standing order form. Don’t forget to indicate your complete customer ID.

Step 2: Handle in the received documents from the bank at Telbo. Telbo will send your bill amount (s) monthly to Banko di Caribe, Giro bank, Orco bank or RBC.

Step 3(only for MCB customers): Telbo will send your telephone bill amount monthly to the bank, but you must inform the bank about your bill amount of Internet/MiTV.

Can I receive my TELBO bill via e-mail instead of via postal service?

Yes, Please complete the following form and we will complete your request

Will there be additional construction on your property?

• Yes, the additional work on the property will include installation of the fiber from the roadside connecting point to the side of the home.

Do you have to be home for the installation activities on your property?

• Yes, TELBO will contact you and arrange a schedule and time to install the fiber modem and if you are a current customer to TELBO communication    services also connect your electronics that include Voice, Data and TV.
• You are free to contact our FttH appointment desk and arrange your own schedule and time for the installation of the fiber to take place.

How much will this installation cost you?

• All households and businesses have the right to receive a free of charge fiber connection now!
• Fiber connected but non-existing customers are not obligated to accept TELBO services!
• No monthly surcharge applies for existing service contracts delivered over fiber!
• Once fiber connected, existing internet customers will get a speed upgrade at no additional costs!
